SCCS – Welding
In compliance with Regulation BS EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 (the Construction Products Regulation or CPR), this certificate applies to the construction product Welded Structural Steel Components intended for load bearing applications.
CHAS ELITE – Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme
Apex Steel demonstrates with this accreditation their compliance with acknowledged good management of health and safety legislation. This also covers CAS (Common Assessment Standard).
CHAS SSIP – Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme
Apex demonstrates with this accreditation their compliance with acknowledged good management of health and safety legislation.
SMAS Worksafe
Apex Steel are pleased to have gained a SMAS Worksafe certificate (https://smasltd.com). This means that we have met the SSIP core criteria recognised by the HSE and other SSIP accreditation schemes. Meeting the SSIP Core Criteria demonstrates that Apex are serious about H&S and have (and use) an effective H&S Management System to ensure that any work we are engaged in is, so far as reasonably practical, carried out without risk to health and safety.
