The Other House in Covent Garden which comprises of six buildings, continues to undergo its major refurbishment and extension programme. This will allow these iconic buildings to continue to attract affluent travellers from around the world to this Central London Hotel with its sumptuous surroundings of retail and restaurant space.
Apex Steel Structures have progressed this 300+ ton project, which will assist in transforming this building, by just adding a unique curved top floor to part of this project over Christmas 2023.
Apex were tasked reducing the required crane time and quicken the installation of this section so carried out a re-think and opted to off-site produce individual large, curved panels to aid a swift installation along with escorting these large loads to site during the hours of darkness.
The new curved panels in place with temporary props to stop the panels falling in on themselves during the erection process.
